Sibling UI Goals Dashboard

A source-backed dashboard for smooth transitions, snappy interactions, reduced-motion behavior, accessible controls, and project-level UI goals across Chopshopr, MatrikChatKit, Arthasida, and local utility tools.

Sibling projects

Each project gets its own UI goal, target files, and verifier commands.

The shared bar is motion, snappiness, accessibility, hierarchy, and proof. The execution path changes by stack: static lab, React care app, compact Python packet, or Streamlit utility.

Research-backed smoothness bar

The good, bad, and ugly are encoded as reusable design constraints.

These sources now feed the Chopshopr design-stack reference so future sibling UI passes start from evidence instead of a vibe-only polish pass.

Codex goal tasks

Sibling project audits were fanned out as independent Codex threads.

The dashboard stores the returned goal packets and keeps the next implementation move separate for each repo.

Completion audit

The dashboard distinguishes shipped infrastructure from open project execution.
